The Czapek Antarctique Passage de Drake Salmon S is a refined and stylish watch that exemplifies modern haute horlogerie with a touch of elegance. Featuring a 38.5mm stainless steel case, this timepiece is crafted to offer a balanced and sophisticated presence on the wrist. The case combines brushed and polished finishes, creating a visually dynamic surface that enhances its modern appeal. The dial of the Passage de Drake Salmon S is distinguished by its striking salmon hue, which is both contemporary and elegant. The dial is adorned with a textured surface achieved through Czapek's signature 'Stairway to Eternity' pattern. This intricate pattern plays with light, casting subtle shadows and adding depth to the dial. The hour markers and hands are crafted from steel, with the hour indexes applied to the dial and featuring luminous inserts for clear visibility in various lighting conditions. The hour and minute hands, along with the central seconds hand, are designed to be long and elegant, ensuring precise time reading. A date window positioned at 6 o'clock, complete with a color-matched date disc, integrates seamlessly into the dial's design. Inside the timepiece, the SXH5 in-house caliber by Czapek powers the timekeeping functions.. It features a sandblasted black  mainplate with hand-applied mirror polishing, anglage, and bevelling. The movement is visible through the transparent case back, which showcases its angular semi-openworked bridges inspired by 19th-century pocket watches. The watch's mechanical architecture reveals the intricate workings of the free-sprung balance and the interconnected wheels and gears. The movement is designed with a compact profile, thanks to a 100% recycled solid platinum micro rotor that ensures a minimum power reserve of 56 hours when fully wound.
